Citra & Mosaic are always good company and in this clean and classic Westy we've applied some dry hop learnings from a recent collab with a West Coast Cali legend. We've kept things simple and modern all around, with a light and bright malt bill that pours a light yellow straw with an insane clarity. The aromas are really hitting
