I think a ratio of cutting one land for every four mana-creatures is reasonable, so something like 23 lands and eight mana-creatures might be fine
It just doesnt feel like it would have enough of an impact to be worth a card, even as cheap as it is

Mulldrifter took people a while to appreciate, so its not surprising that people dont immediately get how insane Snapcaster Mage is
Fighting is a good sub theme for werewolf decks which may be lacking other forms of removal, so being able to draw a card each time you do gives you extra resources to play with
This is the only card in the deck that has anything to do with the Ring tempting you, and your opponents may simply vote against it if itd really benefit you
