The synergy with cards that manipulate the top of the library or benefit from exiled cards, like Experimental Frenzy or Chandra's Regulator, could make this a valuable tool for aggressive and fast-paced strategies

I feel like that would have happened by now if it was going to happen ever, but maybe Im missing something about why its different this time
