A mana dork with prowess conditions

Dire Fleet Hoarder put in a lot of work in Limited formats, and I expect Undercity Dire Rat will do much of the same

But what's nice about this deck is that unlike the Fallout Scrappy Survivors deck from a few years back that saw you focusing on overloading a single creature with tons of equipment, you get a lot of benefit out of spreading your equipment around

Despite many powerful individual cards, the overall deck isn't a competitive product

They can still be played in the official card game, but some players may want to remove the ability to play with promotional cards to keep gameplay more official
