You could use it later on to give Challenger +3 to one of your Characters, giving them +3 Strength when they attack
Like the other D23 cards, it is very limited, and the D23 Expo stamp makes it distinct from the same card which appears in The First Chapter
Overall, this card is a draw engine, and if you build around it, the strategy is perfectly playable, even if it's not to most players' taste, especially as playing cards exerted can be risky against more aggressive decks
