The tremendous flexibility of this card to take out whatever is posing a problem for you is invaluable, and there is little doubt many will take advantage of it, but this isn't quite the card its predecessors were

I wouldnt expect miracles here, but it could receive a significant markup

Also, the rates are locked in for all Eggs obtained during the event so even if you hatch them after it is over, the chance will remain the same as if you hatched them during the event

The only way to fight Gust of Wind is to have nothing on your bench, but that too comes with risks

Some cards were in the discussion but were also too niche

Which one you choose will of course be up to the specific needs of the current game, but it's hard to see a situation where you won't want one or the other
