Id actually consider running it if it were a 2-mana 1/3 with the same ability, but as is, its just a fun card to consider in samurai and attack trigger decks

You can also use this as a powerful tool to bring your opponent to deaths door or in some cases deliver the final blow

Blue has plenty of cards like Aphetto Alchemist and Fatestitcher to untap this and draw multiple cards, and you can repurpose many of those cards into combo pieces that win the game
