For Standard I think this is too expensive, most of the Otter decks I have seen want to be low to the ground and killing you quick with prowess rather than grinding out value like Alania does
Competitive players fill their Decks with cards that either expedite their win condition or hinder their opponent's means of reaching theirs
Considering the Mystical Archive is returning with Secrets of Strixhaven, more MTG Historic pre-bans feel inevitable
If you have a desire to try something unorthodox, it is very easy to take the advice that I have given about what to include in Group Slug and modify it to apply to Suicide: Take out the slower, control-oriented cards like the Pillow Fort stuff and the Rattlesnakes and replace them with more aggressive creatures and cards that trade your life total for aggressive power
If it is not able to attack, destroy it
