It's usually go-wide decks that benefit the most from menace, allowing lots of small creatures to rush past the inefficient blockers
Even if it doesnt win the game on the spot (which it can enable, unlike Necropotence), it will load up your hand with many of the best cards in your deck immediately, helping form your game plan for the coming turn rotation
It enters the battlefield with six 1/1 counters, so for two colorless, one black and one green, youre getting bang for your mana
I also highly recommend keeping the mana value of the deck as low as possible, to maximize the chances that we can actually cast the cards exiled with Inti since we only have access to them for a turn
Still, this is supposed to be the place you go when you're confused by the card wording
This obviously includes sorceries, but most permanents can only be cast/played at sorcery speed
