When a battle you cast resolves, it enters the battlefield under your control with a number of defense counters on it equal to the number in the jagged square in its lower right corner
While normally four mana to give a bunch of creatures -3/-3 is the kind of thing you'd expect from a Standard- or Draft-only kind of card, the ability for a tribal deck to turn this into a one-sided early board wipe or an unexpected late alpha strike is exactly the kind of thing you hope for when you're stuffing a deck full to the gills with Vampires and Warriors
Restocks follow a completely different schedule
Legendary Creature - Elf Noble Colossal Whale Islandwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.) Whenever this creature attacks, you may exile target creature defending player controls until this creature leaves the battlefield
Brimaz, King of Oreskos 2
Just like the Timetwister, this is a Power Nine in Scheme form, ready to bust things up
