Shiny Impetus Worth keeping as an interesting social play if you enjoy goad effects, but Most Wanted needs some significant reworking to really take advantage of this mechanic

Have I totally misjudged or forgotten about some deck that makes one of these cards better

As such its not in any particular order, It is a legacy list, and the cards chosen are selected based on a few variables Mana Cost, Ability, Power/Toughness, and Ease of access are all factored in

Its effect forces any player with green or white permanents to sacrifice one of them on each of their upkeep steps

Its not currently in any game-breaking decks, but it feels like its just a matter of time
