A black border surrounding the card pretty much means this is the default, expected form of the card and theres nothing special with it - at least border-wise
Dragonologist Dragonologist does a little bit of everything you want early on: It digs for dragons, instants, or sorceries when it enters, and then once you start dropping your dragons, it gives them hexproof as long as they stay untapped

Its hard to play many copies of this card, as in the games where you dont have a Curious Obsession active the card disadvantage can definitely hurt, but Unsummon is a very good role-player in the deck
