Its unclear how much of an effect this is having on the market right now, but it certainly makes buyouts a lot easier and its exactly the sort of hidden effect that can move markets
This is a pretty awesome colorless ramp card
If you choose not to exile it, or you can't exile it because the card has somehow left the graveyard before the ability resolves, the ability simply doesn't do anything as it resolves
