Its very cool in Commander, where copying artifacts is a bit easier
Sacrifice decks often tend to run ways to retrieve cards from their graveyard, so you can keep reusing this land to get excellent mana fixing while empowering your board
Magic has moved away from creatures with upkeep costs, as Commander has become the primary way players engage with the game, and "you have to sacrifice your creature because you skipped that upkeep payment" is an easy way to cause friction at the table
Great for casual fun and earning a few rewards without spending gold or gems
This is important because if you were to choose the targets for spells when you suspended them, those creatures/players/spells may not be legal targets X turns later when the spell is cast and it would just fizzle
Additionally, this Arcanine is one of the new Pokemon-ex cards to feature the Tera mechanic this set introduced to the TCG, and its status as an Ultra Rare makes it all the more valuable
