This Belle character card is sort of like a win condition, and the stats it carries are indicative of that since youd probably need to be well into the end-game in order to be able to accumulate ten ink
I doubt this will replace Abrade, especially with both cards being legal in all the same formats including Standard, but I would probably just play the weaker version for the memes
You can give your characters Evasive and Challenger to deal with threats and strengthen your own card in play
