A nice super-old-school instant that goes with this version of Pramikon is Sirens Call
Acererak the Archlich + Rooftop Storm results in infinite card draw, infinite draw triggers, near-infinite +1/+1 counters, near-infinite colored mana, near-infinite creature tokens, near-infinite ETB, near-infinite lifegain, near-infinite lifegain triggers, near-infinite lifeloss, near-infinite LTB, near-infinite storm count, near-infinite Treasure tokens, near-infinite ventures into the dungeon
My problems with it are that it has a high mana value, so that upkeep trigger wont always be all that impactful, and the activated ability also hits your own creatures
Perhaps this is an interesting oversized card to speculate on if you were truly interested in picking one up
