This card is from the Theme Booster product that was pulled into the Commander deck

Its not perfect, and I had to manually capture a few missing files as I went

In those days it was highly sought after, highly expensive and restricted, and no one wondered why

It never became an official card type (and for some reason was not printed on the cards from 2007 to 2014)

I suspect my rating for the Promised End will reflect this by also being the highest rated card I have done in a preliminary review costing above like 3 mana
