Wrapping It Up In summary, I think it's a combination of Kaja Foglio's unique style, liberal use of colors, and relatable emotions that make her one of my favorite Magic artists
The art itself looks good, equal to StarCityGames and Legions , with plenty of different options available, ranging from a series of flags to various fantasy-themed art
Colors in Magic are more of a philosophical aspect of ones self then anything to do with race, with a few fantastical exceptions
Finally, its the handy Sky Transport ability that adds a ton of utility to this card
choose 1 other face-up monster on the field, and until the end of this turn, that monster's name is treated as the same name as that targeted "Cipher" monster
Shift 5 seriously inhibits this cards ability to have an impact as by that part of the game you will already have likely been doing a lot of ramping
