To be honest, even if any of such bundles would sell for just the $0.99 and I lost money on shipping and fees, I would still prefer that to simply disposing of them

The reason I think players were drawn to it is that creature tokens are cool

Legendary permanents you control have Exalted (Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, that creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.) Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, put a Legendary red and green 5/5 Human Warrior creature token with First Strike and Trample named King Agnos onto the battlefield

When you just feel you are a bit clunky or a bit reliant on a few dorks then Shaman is a great smoother of such troubles
