You could even add a bit of whimsy to it, I dont know if wearing it is torture or pleasure, but Im not putting it on! Shoot, you could even go with a creepy horror asylum concept like, After it was grafted to Patient 32, his face was rendered in two, one half fully ecstatic, and the other fully painful, as if his body could not choose which sensation it was experiencing
The fact that it can also be sacrificed to protect your creatures from board wipes or targeted removal is just another thing that most creature-based decks with white will love
