Many cEDH events allow proxies which helps Timetwister see some play, (beyond the lucky few who are fortunate enough to own a copy!), but it doesnt see a ton of competitive play relative to other cards which would make it a weird card to put on a list of Power 9 for EDH
I actually think this makes the card much more interesting since youve got to be strategic in your decision makingdo you want to use your mana to cast a spell, or hold it up to react on your opponents turns
