Its a Blue Sorcery that reads, Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until that player has exiled cards with total mana value 20 or more. Its only not as good in Commander because people tend to have higher mana curves, but itll still make everyone other than you sad

All in all, this is a great deck that can deal serious damage though a few of its cards have a tendency to damage themselves

30 CP can be used to craft cards, so if you have a few UR cards you don't need, you can dismantle three of them and then craft the one UR card you need to complete your deck

You can find game-changing spells like Card of Demise as well as a slew of infectious traps like Crush Card Virus

Not surprisingly, Mind Twist was a much stronger Standard card than Hymn to Tourach back in the day
