You cant lose speed and opponent's can not remove your speed unless a card specifically says so , as is the case with Spikeshell Harrier, which references the blue shells from the Mario Kart franchise

While this card is more of a niche one that only hardcore collectors and fans of Lisia will want to grab, it is still a nice card to add to the collection

Charizard is also standing in a different position, which makes it easier to see the Pokemons full body rather than just the head

You can certainly make it work, but this type of commander leads itself to frustration when, after stockpiling a bunch of counters, its easily removed and you have to start over
