It can steal Water monsters from your opponents graveyard, but also lets you search out your own cards when destroyed
uses a system of monster summoning, tributes, traps, spells and all sorts of other weird and wonderful effects to make reducing your foes life points to zero as interesting (and as difficult) as possible, so its good to know that by default the game requires your confirmation to proceed when an opponent pulls off a complicated discard/special summon/spell combo

I would actually prefer to use Cutting Wind over Fly because it does more damage and it will hit every time, I think that Fly is too risky, the only time I would ever consider using Fly would be if I would feint the next turn if I didn't retreat and even then you have a 50/50 chance of being able to use Fly or not, I would probably still use Cutting Wind and just get knocked out the next turn
These can reach very high prices when the card has a strong story, popular IP, or genuine one-of-one status
I even put my old Gishath, Suns Avatar EDH deck back together with the intent to upgrade it with cards from Lost Caverns
