This guide takes a different approach
Like most Pokmon cards, the value of Applin depends on a few consistent factors: its rarity, the printing and finish (regular or foil), its physical condition, and the set it was printed in (Evolving Skies)
But decks that build around self-mill, with commanders like Muldrotha, the Gravetide or Sidisi, Brood Tyrant, often view milling five cards as equivalent to drawing five cards, making Sludge Titan a uniquely powerful value engine
Sableye cannot fit into every deck, of course
For 3 mana, a player can move all those tokens to a creature, making them much stronger
Again, there are never any right or wrong cards to select when filling up a binder, but using this to house your most fearsome cards, the ones with the strongest attacks, or maybe even just your Legendary Pokemon could make for a very strong showing, in more ways than one
