Control decks are too tight and go too long to risk Journey but an aggro deck just removing a meaty blocker or tedious lifelink flyer or something will be far less punished should the Journey get answered, particularly if at sorcery speed
(The recommended retail price of a 36-pack booster box is $160, so in that situation youd be looking at almost $500, before taking duplicates into account.) This level of artificial sparsity seems self-defeating, playing to the whales alone, and putting off the casual collectors
