The effect is essentially just a Remand for creatures or planeswalkers, which can be useful but often isnt
Its an ability you can only trigger if Numot has dealt combat damage to a player, and it only nets you two lands at a time
So, with Casey at the helm, three fresh cards can often be all it takes to turn an empty hand into a winning one
Players can pay the Reconfigure cost and attach The Reality Chip to a target creature they control at sorcery speed (and The Reality Chip is now no longer a creature)
Any ways to increase counter production, like Doubling Season, would be welcome here
Once transformed, it becomes Polukranos, Engine of Ruin, which is a 6/6 with reach and lifelink and reads: Whenever Polukranos, Engine of Ruin or another nontoken Hydra you control dies, create a 3/3 green and white Phyrexian Hydra creature token with reach and a 3/3 green and white Phyrexian Hydra creature token with lifelink. Even without any other hydra creatures, the fact this card will split into two is amazing - but with some clever deckbuilding, it could make your deck unkillable
