This card is relatively efficient and value-centric for a format like Standard but does require some build around to make stronger in EDH, hence why its down at number 10
Baxas haunting linework gives the card an unsettling presence and makes it just as striking in a binder as it is on the battlefield
It buffs your board, but doesnt provide any evasion, so unless you already have trample or a ton of tokens, the ability seems fine
