The case has straps for attachment to the D rings of the saddle, and a D ring and strap for attachment to the girth. All the straps and stitching are in good order. The lid is unlined and the body of the case lined in cream doeskin or chamois and has an internal partition. Inside there is a rectangular flask, with a silver plated captured or hinged cap.
