We prepare ours fresh to order, right from selecting the fresh whole spices for grinding! Ras El Hanout holds the meaning of "top of the shelf". Each spice trader has their own version of the blend including a few staple ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cloves, Pepper and Ginger.
