Damascus Chef - Spalted Hickory stainless Comfortable handle with a frictionI wanted to experiment with this Damascus Chef's knife giving it a more "custom" profile. The hidden tang really reduces the weight of this 7. 25" blade with an overall length of 11. 75". The handle is stabilized spalted hickory with black white black G10 spacers and a stainless steel bolster. The blade is an interesting random raindrop pattern making for an attractive piece.
