It only affects Luxray, so its less of an issue here than in, say, the Tinkaton ex deck but still, its definitely something to bear in mind if you have this deck and want to modify it yourself

But I would definitely try and use this card in a water/electric type deck of mine, just beware that if this card is knocked out your opponent will get to Prize Cards but at least you can retreat this card easily if it is close to being knocked out, but definitely take a look at this card if you need a good water deck and you can use these older cards
