Not to be confused with the Spider-Man 2099 card from the standard set, this card has an effect that lets the player draw a card if a creature deals combat damage to another player, which could trigger Lylas effect, giving Spider-Man 2099 another counter
It's a simple effect: discard a Level 8 Monster, and draw 2 cards
At the start of the Damage Step, if this Ritual Summoned monster battles an opponent's monster: Change the ATK of that opponent's monster to 0 until the end of the Damage Step, and if you do, increase this card ATK by half the original ATK of that monster
