Cityscape Leveler feels like a slightly dumbed down version of Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, straddling the power territory just below the colorless titans, making it something of an honorary Eldrazi

Putting punisher effects onto effects you already want, like card and mana advantage, really keeps the deck ticking

I also like the flavor of the card, though I wish it made a Food token as well
