Unless your goal is specifically to get this blue instant in your graveyard to cheat its cost later with something like Mizzix's Mastery, this shouldnt make many decklists
Sliver Gravemother Any card that ignores rules has grounds to be really powerful
Even in Commander, where it cant live long (although always at least through its players turn!), its Eject for 1 less mana that drops a body with an oppressive static ability
Each serialized card is numbered from 1 and 500 and appears on a double rainbow version of our traditional foil: Serialized cards can only be found in Collector Boosters
The game is purposefully complex but also made more fun because each card is unique, and all can change the elements and directions, or essentially the rules, of the play
As a very general rule for Limited, I would look to play something like this: 1 mana: 02 2 mana: 46 3 mana: 35 4 mana: 24 5 mana 13 6+ mana: 02 That's far from hard and fast, but it's a good place to start
