This is one of those cards that will take off when a dedicated deck-builder finds the right build

These decks are simple and fun to play, with unique cards in them, you can only get in the Starter Kits

If you control ten permanents but have not yet found The Golden City of Orazca (and you don't control a permanent or resolving spell with ascend), you don't get the city's blessing

These decks are offered to new players from local game stores as a gift and can be used to teach newer players how to play Magic: The Gathering

That said, Id prefer a commander with more than a single ETB effect, especially if that effect wont be too impactful until later in the game

This way, players are able to play them from the graveyard, get the "ETB" effect, then potentially sacrifice them and replay them from the graveyard again later
