I can never recommend paying $100+ for a Commander precon
That said, this is still a mana-generating combo piece, and I strongly suspect that this one will be on next years list of Commander 2019 gainers even if it isnt all that great outside of a few specific circumstances
For a 2-drop, its ability is incredibly powerful and only brings more value as the game progresses
