One benefit Miraidon has over Koraidon is its usability, as several decks are already springing up that make fantastic use of Miraidons Tandem Unit ability
I've kept them because they're important to me, and I think for at least some of the people who bid for these expensive cards, it's more about regaining a lost part of their childhood than it is about snagging a card they can hopefully sell in a few years for a profit
It is value, it is synergy, it is cheap and it is on theme, what more could you ask of a card
Related Classic Pokemon cards have continued to climb up in value, as more and more collectors from the 90s are now adults and feeling the games nostalgia
Blue is known for being relatively bad at countering creatures in cEDH because so many of the cheapest blue counterspells dont counter creatures, as youll see in the rest of this list, so being able to counter legendary creatures (especially commanders, of course) is a really nice perk for Tales End
The good news is that both of these cards are extremely strong and can win games out of nowhere
