The fact that you dont need to tap the creature is excellent, and you can use this card to self-mill as well

Seeing the creature that I picked it should be fairly obvious why I chose Banner of Kinship as my favorite noncreature spell of 2024

It might not be as raw in its power as Serendib Efreet, or as swift as Mahamothi Djinn, but it will always stand its ground as the best creature on the battlefield
