On the rare front, Spellskite and All is Dust are solid cards that should maintain at least 70% of their current value
You ignore the timing restrictions normally placed on sorceries, which is cool, but this feels like a very underwhelming ability
Cards with this mechanic include Dreadship Reef or Calciform Pools, which slowly build up resources before unleashing them
While I wouldn't be surprised to see Slivers get there in Historic eventually, we probably need another Sliver set or two to make it happen (although they do rank a tier above Squirrels because at least there are enough Slivers to make a functional deck)
Lets say you have 26 lands in your deck, and youve played half of those and have seven other cards not in your deck (either in hand or in play), youve basically moved from 43,33% to 32,5% of lands in your deck
