But he's here nonetheless

Noctis, Prince of Lucis Ive never played Final Fantasy XV, so Im not familiar with Noctis

The bigger a format's card pool, the less impact new cards will have (on average) since only a few are strong enough to matter, thus partially shielding these formats from the Too Many Cards problem
