As soon as Decimator Beetles ability resolves, state-based actions are checked, and the game sees that you have both counter types on your Servant, so one +1/+1 counter and one -1/-1 counter are removed at the same time (resulting in Servant dying)
Three creatures for one mana is a ridiculously good price, so it's hard to imagine a world where Gleeful Demolition doesn't see play
However, it requires careful tactical thought

It's interesting in decks that care about Saprolings, like Slimefoot, the Stowaway
I wanted to add Fling effects to the deck, but that might be a bit too cute
