I am not a huge fan of countermagic locking someone but that happens much less frequently in multiplayer games and in reality, you'll want a healthy amount of countermagic, especially in a deck like this that is very light on removal because it's more fun to steal problem permanents
it's also a very popular commander, and an excellent wheel commander in particular
