The issue, for the most part, is that this card will end up like things along the line of Duality/Card Car/etc, in the sense that they have a similar drawback, so decks that main such cards could run this as well

Its a good thing this guy also has an awful monster effect, so Ill never have to consider playing it in my deck

It cant have counters put on it for as long as this creature remains on the battlefield
