It all depends on how it's used

Red and Green is a great combination for a lot of things, but its beginning to feel a bit like Boros when it comes to commanders

You can find the regular Japanese Mystical Archive cards in Japanese Play Boosters and Japanese and non-Japanese Collector Boosters, and the silver scroll foil Japanese Mystical Archive cards, which can only be found in Collector Boosters

If you just cast it on turn 3 and follow up with a huge creature on turn 4, copying that creature will already have paid you off for taking the time to cast her
