You might want to ramp into Chandra, Torch of Defiance, in which case Kinjalli's Caller can't help
Anytime any player draws their second card each turn, they then have to exile the top card of their library
And since you can tap your commander to untap Leyline Dowser, that can happen whenever your commander doesn't attack for the turn (or do anything else that requires tapping)
Since Craterhoof Behemoth has long been a valuable asset to Commander players, you can bet that it will maintain a high value even when this set cycles out of Standard
Further Upgrades The first cards I'd pick up to further juice up the deck would be untapped mana-fixing lands: Watery Grave, Shipwreck Marsh, Underground River, Morphic Pool, Darkslick Shores, Polluted Delta, Sunken Ruins, Undercity Sewers, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and then maybe a couple more Island / Swamp fetches
Unlike later blocks (block formatting began officially with Mirage ), Ice Age and Alliances were imagined as one set broken up into two different sets
