If there's one downside to this card, it's that both its other abilities are focused on Towns , a new type of land that is only in the Final Fantasy set so far

Even just controlling three copies of cards like Mayhem Devil or Enduring Tenacity through your combat phase can spiral out of control

With such weird cards being printed, Wizards of the Coast has had to find ways to make sure people don't accidentally put a card with Denimwalk (can't be blocked by a player wearing denim) or Art Menace (can only be blocked by creatures with two or more characters in their art) into their normal Magic decks

Second, dont forget about the blank proxy cards, which have some decent value in and of themselves
