Kaiba is ultimately defeated, suffering Dark Yugi's Penalty Game: Experience of Death ( Shi no Taikan )
This version does a good job of telling the specific story of the Minstrel creating higher difficulty fights, but it doesn't reward you for putting Towns in your deck unless you can afford to invest five mana, which often won't be the case in Standard
It's a classic Commander card in that if a player really wants to roll the dice and not let you draw a card, they could get extremely lucky, and you mill lands off the top of your deck, but if you just so happen to send some high-value cards to the graveyard, your opponent is going to be hit for massive life damage out of nowhere
Its dual Electric/Steel typing distinguishes it from many other Pokmon, offering both strengths and vulnerabilities that make it intriguing from both a strategic and aesthetic standpoint
Along the way, your Commander keeps your hand stocked by fetching more rats, ensuring the pressure never lets up
But if you got some powerful but highly situational cards in your library, you may want to try to retrieve them using this spell
