It's not just a pure substitute card, as you can destroy an Eye Spy for a draw if you get stuck, or deal with the opponent's troublesome items

Cavern Harpy is a freakin' Harpy

The core layer is typically dyed blue or black and is sandwiched between two white outer printing layers

The only thing this card cant do is become ink, which feels like a fair tradeoff
