The only exception to this is in Pokemon Lets Go Eevee, where it was finally given a variety of unique move tutor attacks with overpowered abilities, but even then its not usable in most other Pokemon appearances and gets by on some buffed stats in this spin-off, making it feel just as empty as any other attempted boost to the neutral beginnings of Pokemons biggest evolution line

The bottom line is that Captain Sisay is a very powerful Magic card and very well could see play in Historic, but I tend to be nervous about expensive creatures that need to untap to do anything
Its come up a little in price from that low point, because FEA mythics were never really in huge supply from this set, but my eagerness cost me a little cash
